Everything You Need to Know
WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
A home inspection is a visual inspection of a home's major structure and components. This includes the foundation, plumbing, electrical, and roof to name a few.
SHOULD THE BUYER BE PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION?
While it is not required, we do recommend the buyer attend the inspection. It can be easier for your inspector to show you defects and explain them to you in person. You will also be able to become familiar with some of the home's components and their locations.
HOW LONG DOES AN INSPECTION TAKE?
While the length of your inspection will vary with the size and age of the home, a typical inspection lasts 2 to 3 hours.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE HOME HAS PROBLEMS?
Part of our job is to help you understand the severity of the defects found during your inspection. We help you to know which defects are only cosmetic and which defects may end up costing you a lot of money to repair.

Inspection costs start at $350, but are based on age, size, and location of your home. Discounts available for veterans and 1st responders! Call today for a free quote!
